We aim to ship all orders within 2–5 working days. Delivery times vary based on location and courier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners. A tracking link will be shared via email/WhatsApp after dispatch

We offer exchange only if: The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You contact us within 2 days of delivery with an unboxing video.
